TOUCHING BASE!

Friday, May 28th, 2010

Seems like there’s not enough time anymore.  Was away to Toronto for the month of May on business so haven’t had time to post all the work I’ve done since going to Vegas.  I still have pics from the shoots in Los Angeles & Napa Valley with my friend William Innes & some great shots of an area tribute band that are sweet.  This weekend I have a baby shower & the Arthritis Walk on Sunday.  Next week-end the Red Bull  Race assignment & a wedding.  I’ll try to post some new work asap.  Maybe if there were 4 more hours a day it would help.  Keep an eye out for some of these.  Also have to plan for the GNO on June 23rd here at the studio.

ALEXANDRIA CELEBRATES 3 MONTHS!

Thursday, May 6th, 2010

Here’s another beautiful little baby girl, Alexandria.  She is the sister of Valentina, whose pics I posted at Christmas.  They really do look like sisters and both are so mellow in their personalities.  I love the little outfits her mom brings for them to wear.   The green polka dots look spectacular on Alexandria!  Can’ t wait to photograph both of them together, all done up in their Sunday best.  See you at 6 months.

Love ya,

Aim:)

Spring is in the air!

Alexandria, a delicate little beauty!

GRACE LOVES THE CAMERA

Monday, May 3rd, 2010

Grace’s mother brought her to the studio for a mother/daughter portrait session.  Grace was a natural in front of the camera and I loved taking photos of her.  She danced, hammed it up and generally was a perfect  model.  These are for you Grace and hope you never lose your expressive spirit.

WINDSOR PHOTOGRAPHER WITH BLUE & POPEYE

Saturday, May 1st, 2010

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a sucker for dogs!!!! ….so I was in my element this morning when I shot these two beautiful babies with their owners.  Sharon had called wanting a portrait of Blue, the Australian Sheepdog in the pics because she is old and feeble.  Blue has been a wonderful companion dog for 14 years, going to work with her masters every day and greeting customers with her sunny disposition.  Sharon also decided to invite her daughter with her companion animal, Popeye to join Blue for a portrait together.  Blue has the most awesome colouring and Popeye looks like a giant furball.  They were both so cute and so well trained!! :)    It was a great pleasure to take portraits of these fabulous dogs and their owners.  Being a photographer gives me the opportunity to meet great people and of course great companion animals too.  I’m so lucky!!

ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SHOOT FOR NICOLE & TYSON – Windsor Ontario

Saturday, May 1st, 2010

After having to postpone Nicole & Tyson’s engagement shoot once and thinking the weather was going to go down hill again we finally lucked out and saw the sun come through.  And the light suddenly turned so beautiful for this location filled with awesome graffiti.  Nicole & Tyson brought their two young Dobs so we could get a few family shots although they didn’t always want to co-operate.  We all had a great time & I did manage to take some keepers.  Here’s to you both Nicole & Tyson.  Looking forward to sharing your big day in June.

Lots of love,

Aim :)
