Monday, June 7th, 2010Come to meet the fantastic women from the following businesses in the Windsor area that have confirmed for our June 23 GNO. It will be more fun than last year!! Lots of other area businesses have also donated wonderful raffle prizes as well. Proceeds from the event will support Sasha Fulop’s Dragon Boat team, Fight Like a Girl.
Tickets are $15. Food & beverage are included. The first 60 women will receive a fantastic goody bag loaded with special gifts.

Friday, May 28th, 2010Seems like there’s not enough time anymore. Was away to Toronto for the month of May on business so haven’t had time to post all the work I’ve done since going to Vegas. I still have pics from the shoots in Los Angeles & Napa Valley with my friend William Innes & some great shots of an area tribute band that are sweet. This weekend I have a baby shower & the Arthritis Walk on Sunday. Next week-end the Red Bull Race assignment & a wedding. I’ll try to post some new work asap. Maybe if there were 4 more hours a day it would help. Keep an eye out for some of these. Also have to plan for the GNO on June 23rd here at the studio.
WINDSOR PHOTOGRAPHER HOSTS ANNUAL GNO, JUNE 23 FOR DRAGON BOAT RACES
Saturday, May 1st, 2010Britton Images is very excited to be hosting it’s second Girls Night Out event! We would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday June 23, 2010 from 5pm until 9pm at Britton Images Photography Studio at 1823 Wyandotte St. E in Windsor.
We will be donating a portion of proceeds from the night to the Windsor Dragon Boat races, for Sasha Fulop’s team: “Fight like a Girl”.
Girls Night Out is an event for the women in our area to enjoy a night to pamper themselves, splurge on delicious Tapas style food, and shop at local businesses. The event is being held as a celebration of the women in our lives. It is a great night for women to share with their girlfriends as well as an ideal opportunity to support our local Dragon Boat Races!
Last year we raised just over $600!!
The first 60 women will get a gift bag to take home worth over $90!! Over $1000 in prizes to be won!
Tickets are $15
If you sponsor me with a min. of $25 to our team “Fight like a Girl” I will put you in a draw to win a $100 gift certificate towards family photography.

GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN!! MARTINIS & MANICURES!!
Tuesday, April 27th, 2010Britton Images would like to invite the ladies of Windsor & area to the annual Destress Martinis & Manicures event to benefit The Distress Center of Windsor. I have been involved with this organization since its beginning and will have a booth along with several other vendors.
Every year it gets better and better! Lots of fun, plenty of food, interesting speakers and best of all yummy martinis and great manicures. Everything a girl loves!!!!

MY BEAUTIFUL FRIEND! TRULY AN INSPATION
Friday, April 23rd, 2010I consider Sasha my best friend. I first met her when I documented her wedding and we became fast friends. She had battled cancer back then and it has re-occurred twice since. Through all the ups & downs she continues to be a true inspiration to everyone who know her. Here’s a woman who will not give in to this disease in any shape or form. She remains positive, strong and involved in the community. She recently won an award for her dedication to others from the Cardiac Wellness Center, a true role model and I am privileged to have her as my friend.
Sasha allowed me to document her journey visually through photography since after the wedding and I wanted to share some of the most recent ones with anyone who reads my blog. She is living proof of the desire and will needed to keep this horrible disease at bay.
Cancer has touched most everyone in their lives and we all want it to be eradicated for good. The Dragon Boat Races are coming soon and Sasha will have her team rowing for cancer research again. Even though she will not be able to participate in the rowing she will be our captain.
In June Britton Images Photography will host the second annual GNO to benefit Sasha’s team, “Fight Like a Girl.” For anyone who attended last year please mark your calendar tentatively for June 9th. It was awesome and will be again!! 90 women attended and we hope to have the same or more this year. Tickets will be $15. More info to follow.

Cardiac Wellness Center Hosts the Annual Evening of Heart & Enchantment Gala

WPPI LAS VEGAS HIGHLIGHTS in MARCH!
Thursday, April 8th, 2010I’ve had quite a busy and exciting month traveling to Las Vegas for the annual Portrait and Photography convention (WPPI), then to Los Angeles, back to Vegas then on to Sonoma’s Nappa Valley, Santa Clarita and then to San Francisco. I second shot for a good friend, William Innes of William Innes Photography, two weddings and an engagement session in and around the Los Angeles/ Frisco areas. There will be plenty of pics to follow so keep your eyes out!!! I had an absolutely fantastic, awesome time; learned a lot and even ran into a couple in San Francisco whose wedding I shot….can you belive it? Once in a lifetime experience and lots of what I love to do ….travel. I just consider myself so blessed to have such great people in my life and the opportunity to do what I love to do.
