January Weekend Getaway

I had such a great time doing a weekend getaway with five girlfriends last weekend flying by my favourite airline West Jet!!.  Six Bahama Mammas enjoying the beautiful weather, checking out the beauty of Grand Bahama Island, indulging in the food & activities at the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Resort where the staff was phenomenal.  Our favourite drink was by far the Hurricane.  I guess we missed the much talked about Wednesday Fish Fries which we’ll have to go back for one day.

Being a wedding photographer I thought the island would be perfect for a destination wedding which seems to be so popular today.  Seems like I can’t help thinking about my work even when I’m away.

And even thought the time just flew by we had a great time & much deserved vacation.  We also got to miss the weekend snowstorm here coming back just in time for the mild weather again…lucky us.
